Sprawling, 2,000-Year-Old Desert Carvings Show Up in Drone Photos

With the help of drones, archaeologists have discovered previously unknown Nazca Lines in Peru.

Some newly discovered carvings in Peru were identified by drones from a far. Drones can offer new images and perspectives from a distance. Not only can drones influence conservation, but it can spread inight into archaeology and anthropology as well.
