Drone may help reduce use of antibiotics in livestock

Texas AgriLife Research seeks out feverish cattle with drones.

The drones are flown over large groups of cattle with thermal sensors to detect which cows are sick by how hot they are. This allows the farmers/ranchers to give antibiotics only to the animals in need instead of the entire population.
